Since each glorious cup starts as a humble lump of mud and must be shaped by potter sorcery, there will be variations from piece to piece.  Pictures shown in the listing are just examples of finished tumblers, but no two are identical.  Please allow for some variance (such as height, width, and glazing).  Your tumbler will be wholly unique and truly one-of-a-kind.  
 
Your order will be shipped 1- 2 business days after your purchase through Priority Mail.  With Priority Mail, the post office will only take 1-3 business days to deliver!  I also offer a 100% safe-shipping guarantee.  If your order arrives broken, please message me with an image of your broken cup, and I will reship or refund your purchase 100% (depending on what's in stock).
 
Please DO NOT use tumbler over open flame, stove-top, or in any use that would cause sudden, drastic change in temperature (such as a pre-heated oven).  This will cause the tumbler to crack over time.
